At Tier 1 Concealed, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your carry setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
