What is the current lead time for custom orders?
Our current production lead time for custom-built holsters and gear is approximately 10-15 business days, as each piece is handcrafted to your specific configurations.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All Tier 1 Concealed products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
Standard, non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How can I track my shipment?
